I would say US and Russia are still Tzeentch. Much of their operations on the world stage are is still psychological. EU being Slaanesh is true, all of it really as they are only obsessed with base materialism and securing it above all else, although at this point I would mark Germany and UK as Nurgle.
Latin America s a mix of Nurgle and Slaanesh. Khorne is actually difficult to pin point on Khorne, maybe WW2 US or Russia up to the end of WW2. Mexico could actually be a candidate for Khorne.
