I have a small 100 year old house, 2 bed 1 bed house with a .10 acre yard. It has a handful of downsides but no blacks. I bought in 2018 for $65k. It's a great house for what it is and serves me perfectly. Nobody wanted a house like this in 2018 cause muh 8' ceilings.

Mine needs a remodel but equally shitty houses in town are now listed for $250k. At $250k it just serves nobody. Its too expensive for poors and too shitty for anyone with money.

In my head its fairly worth $120. With $10k down you would have a $1200 mortgage and could make sense. High end $160k.

Everyone is talking about housing prices, but my biggest hang up is the usurious mortgage. On a 329k house at 3.99% (the best of interest rates) you end up paying 750k total. Who tf wants to slave away so some Jew banker can buy a house with your interest?
US law defined usury as anything over 29.99%, but for some reason banks selling mortgage are allowed to do some fucking jew math and offer loans with >100% interest and call it 3.99%

You can keep a fake inflated system running for a long time, provided you can tightly oversee and control the process. The monopoly kikes have on diamonds via DeBeers and Israel is one example of that. But the housing market isn't being nearly so well-regulated, so the burst is going to happen.
