Trying to find solutions to problems that don't exist. I work in IT. A femoid manager recently had the idea that all of our computers must have up to date software. All of it. We have several management software alone which randomly just fail updates but work a few weeks later so I don't care too much. She decided if one system is out of date we must drop all we are doing and update it regardless of what happens. Half the time when it fails to update the only way I found to fix it is to image the machine because that is faster than hours of troubleshooting.
So now my job went from maintaining servers and keeping them updated to driving around to various locations updating software of machines that sit as spare on shelves because it has been out of date for a week. Instead of whenever it needing to be used it gets updated so I get to spend 35 hours a week updating computers that have sat on shelves for a year as spares instead of taking 1 hour to update when it needs to be used.
Basically all women care about is seeing color coded graphs they can show their management to make it look like they are getting work done. When in reality it is stagnating or actively hindering actual efficiency at a company. And if I dare to bring this to upper management it will just backfire on me since the femoid will get even more anal about seeing more green on graph instead of yellow, red or orange.

ive had less issue with female managers than most coworkers or clients. If anything they're tired of dealing with the drama of the women, and you being a source of no drama is a breath of fresh air. Not every workplace is like this though and it's in your best interest to avoid women entirely in the workplace

My boss and my coworker are women. I simply don't speak. They have their endless competition of who can simultaneously brag on and denigrate their kids/husband/family/workload. Like in the same breath they will say their children are the best sweetest children ever (as a flex) and that they're also the worst most misbehaved most exhausting children ever (as a flex). They take every bit of work drama personally and go on and on about how X from Y is such a dumb bitch and can you believe how she worded that email and I saw her roll her eyes at the meeting, etc.

And the thing where women endlessly shit on one another and endlessly compliment one another makes no sense to me. For example, one of them said, "I love your hair. I've been thinking of getting my hair cut like yours." And the other immediately replied with, "Actually, I've been thinking of getting a haircut. I think this style looks so bad on me." I can't keep up with the layers of passive aggression. Sometimes I almost think they are autistic and don't realize they are being rude to one another. But I don't think that's the case. It's a secret code that a man can't understand.

Male coworker, female manager, male manager - workload complete
Male coworker, two female coworkers, three female managers - workload is 4 weeks behind plus drastic increase in the number of safety and security incidents, threats of physical assault, and sexual harassment

Best part is the actual workload hasn't increased at all in that time period.
