To solve birth rate issue:
- Take women rights to vote. That will limit her in many ways now she's incentivized if not forced to have a man in her life otherwise she's a 2nd tier citizen (can't have bank account on her own, no job, etc).
- Lower age of consent for marriage. You should be able to marry girls as soon as they are able to breed, that will maximize the breeding period in life, plus it will remove the whole degeneracy/dating/hookup/etc. that women use for pleasure and side benefits that impact marriage severely and thus birth rates.
- Allow men to have multiple wives (not the other way around), a man can have plenty of seeds, seeding breeders aka more kids. Other way around you have a bottleneck with a woman locked for 9months and the seeders are cascading on a wait list, making birth rate worse.
- Women can't work any job, only feminine and only if the husband agrees, so now she can focus on the kids AND the man is paid more with less useless women in the workforce taking half the jobs and spending the money on makeup/drinks/travel/concerts/etc.
- Change laws accordingly for a stable family, no no-fault-divorce, if a woman still want a divorce, she takes zero out of that man and no kids custody, among many others.
There's that's the basic blueprint, anyone doing otherwise or saying otherwise is either delusional, idiot, or a woman because she happens to be both anyway.
