Found another. Latvia in 2024 had a total of 65,170 votes during the final, out of a country of 1.8 million. this is a higher level of engagement than the other countries, but notably Israel got a total of 2,570 votes.
At 20 votes per, that means a grand total of.. 129 Latvians voted for Israel, assuming that nobody gave it any votes legitimately because they liked the song.
Switzerland won with 10,105 votes. At 20 votes per, this means that a grand total of 510 Latvians (out of 1.8 million) would have had to give Israel 20 votes to win the plurality.
That should give a great perspective to what a nothingburger the Eurovision voting system is.
