The evidence was there. In multiple states. Simply dismissed. Without review.
Then you might want to check how many of those cases were dismissed because they should have been brought before any damages could have occured, or alternatively were dismissed because of standing since no damage had yet occured. So you'd have to bring the case both before the damages and afrer, but both and neither.
