I could buy a used camper for that much

they want to be homeless you jabroni

That’s quite a big doll house
A dog house?

Try it

it turns into a sauna during summer

I'd rather live in a minivan.

What if they just stopped giving housing to our replacements?

How's the water pressure?

What that? Lawn mower garage?

Boomer landlords won't like that

Cuck shed or move to a nigger shithole like Detroit. Zoomer options if they want a house

i'm legit considering getting a cuck shed

Overall idea is not bad. Depends on area. As it looks made from plastic, then it could be suitable in places where termites are widespread.

Personally, I like wooden ones more. As those walls allow to easy attach some things at it. Like shelves.

garden_home.jpg - 1920x1440, 757.32K

yeah, something like this

cut a hole for a small aircon unit

literal cuckshed

Prefab utility vaults come in a wide variety of options. You can remain hidden and have a better chance of nuclear war survival than surface dwellers.

If budget allows, try to get one from thicker planks. Like 40mm. Those will be more resistant to deformations because of changing humidity and heat.

even the cuckiciles are made out of chinese plastic now

It's over.

reminds me of this as a kid

Get a wood one and insulate it, you'll be fine.

let me guess... you need more?

amazon house.png - 1080x1584, 1.4M

the solution is to buy israeli plastic sheds.

who could be behind this.

where are my children going to sleep?

$2k for a bunch of plastic, that was made for $5 wtf.

Detroit

Got some bad news for you.

Big D.jpg - 1359x1018, 446.26K

plastic molding is expensive.

file.png - 975x804, 239.69K

In the tranquility of nothingness.

You're gonna need a permit for that and to pay local HOA and Jewish fines for disturbing the local Black Pygmy niggers.

You need to include a lifetime subscription to Blacked/AIPAC and most Americans would say that's a deal.

hebrew

plastic molding is expensive.

CEO from Israel

gets blown away by a tropical storm or tornado

YOU SHOULDA PULLED YOURSELF UP BY THE BOOTSTRAPS AND GOTTEN SOME GOOD INSURANCE! BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME BUTTERCUP

This is what looked like before gentrification.

Do these niggas not understand that AI can do CAD now?

In either of the 4 bedroom.

Yah. They just have jeet and black slaves do it for less.

Presumably on the floor next to the kitchen.

2,283 for a toy house? Weren't those for little girls to play pretend in?

The toy cordless phone is already lost.

just live in a children's playground equipment bro

Where do you shit?

Little Tikes did all they could to prepare kids for the future.

Here we don't have such strict requirement. If construction does not need foundation, it is considered as just a shed. And you don't need special permits. May be need to observe some distance from other buildings, for fire safety requirements. And from my mind, that's all.

What's going to happen to all those plastic sheds in the winter, the people are going to freeze inside of them.

Americans can't even run a functioning apartment block like the Soviets did. It makes a lot more sense to use land to build a multi-story midrise apartment building than it does to buy a bunch of plastic garden sheds on the taxpayer's dime which won't last 5 years and no one wants to live in long term.

These tiny home villages are mostly just there as a way to embezzle funds. Gavin Newsom's tiny home villages were pretty much all disasters and had to be torn down.

2,283 for a toy house? Weren't those for little girls to play pretend in?

Employers pretend to pay you today. Is there really any difference?

They probably spent about 2.5 million on repairs
And they're still selling it.

Just more stock for onions green so they can fill the prime real estate with H1B jeets afterwards.

Is there anything wrong or deceptive about pre-fab homes? Feel like they're a pretty good deal.

Is there anything wrong or deceptive about pre-fab homes?

No, but go and see one of those in person before making decision.

The trick is getting inside before the blast.

honey, I'm going to the store to get some cigarettes

"THIS IS NOT A TEST"

"THIS IS NOT A TEST"

Tedious to assemble. A colleague once paid me around $600 just to properly assemble a similar flat-packed vinyl shed. It was my first build and it took me nearly twenty-five hours over three days, but I did get it right.

Cozy-sized! (for all your cozy adventures...)

Dunno about you lads, but I wouldn't want to subject myself to PVC offgassing every night spent in my vinyl shed!

My house and garage are both clad in shiplap siding... cooler than vinyl for siding - the only vinyl I keep is reserved strictly for the platter of my Japanese turntable.

They look good inside a cozy showroom or online, but talk to us when winter, or a hot summer hits.

If one has to do the hobo life one would be better off with a traditional felt walled yurt. It's portable, better insulated, and one can have a warm fire inside it.

Blast is one thing. Another thing is short living highly radioactive nucleoids. If you manage to remain inside building, which have decent air filtration system. For say two weeks. Withing those two weeks radioactivity will significantly drop.

And where are you supposed to put it???

The entire area was redeveloped. The same developer built a bunch of apartments and townhomes on the cleared out land around it. The point is that even Detroit is being redeveloped. But if you really want to be in the hood, there's still lots of pavement ape areas with burnt out houses. Those areas are shrinking due to the Land Bank and gentrification. Probably will take fifty years to complete the process.

The main problem is that you still need land to put it on, utility connections, and permits. The cost of those vary wildly depending on location. It's not unusual for the physical structure to be the minority of the cost of a home if you're in a somewhat desirable area.

Just accept a lower standard of living than a previous generation did on the contininent your forefathers conquered, eat bugs and shit and accept more humilation while begging for more.

Its time to finish Hadrian, Titus and Hitler's jobs.

I'm seeing some lots in my area of south NJ for $200k. Feel like from what I'm seeing online I could get a 2-3bed 2 bath built and hooked up to a new foundation for around 300k?
My area has so many dog shit old houses in the $300k-500k range. I'll have to do some researching, but i dont know it always seemed better than buying some POS that is crumbling under the new coat of paint the previous owner threw on.

I looked into buying a place in a trailer park. The homes look nice, and I could get one for under 200k, which is outrageous for a trailer home but I can actually afford it. The problem is that I'd still have to pay rent to a landord, and these kikes are gouging hard right now. 500-800 a month depending on location. And that doesn't include property taxes, utilities, or anything really, it just gives you the right to have your trailer on that land. I suspect that these things are extremely difficult if not impossible to move once they have been set on a piece of land, so the kike landlords have you by the balls.

I didn't vote for Carney but I am interested to see where he goes with his modular home plan. It sounds like a good idea, I just don't trust this government to go about it in a sensible way.

That is tricky part with used properties. As it is as "cat in a sack". It might be good deal, if it has been built properly. It can be terrible, if there was some leakage happening (deffective roof or a pipe). Then if that moisture got on wooden parts, fungus can spread and become unstopable. Basically, will have to cut it out, including two feet from damaged area.

If you purchase new, then depending on what construction quality was. There can also be some issues.
Best thing is if you have constructed it yourself, then you know what is where, and how it was done. But in modern days, rarely who have skillset or time to do it.

horry shit post the mutt meme with the muttgolem coming out of the plastic house. i dont have it.

can you imagine sleeping outside in florida in the summer

Would be pretty funny to see a pack of 6 "youth" (mind the euphemism) carrying that house away as in a cartoon.
To be honest, that would be a desirable sight. Any cuck who agrees to live in that shit deserves suffering.

Came here for this post. My kid has one.

How did I manage to get all those 11 in time and post number?
That will probably be my greatest achievement in life.

How much is the land to have permission to put it on and to be able to live though?

This was how it looked in our timezone.

timezone.png - 693x99, 21.42K

OMG IS THAT A TINY HOUSE!?

based

Truly an aesthetic sight.
Thanks for the pic, dude.

you need to have sex first anon

People that post shit like this don't know SHIT about how fucking quick pests will appear.
As someone who lived in the middle of the woods during the whole memerona shit I learned the hard way that mice, rats and all kinds of weird fucked up looking insects will appear out of nowhere.
I found a cat which I adopted which helped with the bigger pests, for insects like flies and mosquitos I just let a bunch of spiders, luckily there were no poisonous spiders.

First hurricane or tornado and you're gone

As someone who lived in the middle of the woods during the whole memerona shit

You did it by yourself or were you dragged by someone who thought that was a good idea? (parents likely?)
Regardless, house bugs are a huge pain in the ass. Probably it was thought by some rich WEF bureaucrat who lives in a "too-well" paved neighborhood.

I did so because I was disowned by my family because I refused to get the vaxx

Based as fuck.
I am pretty sure it was an enlightening experience - both by learning about the nature of your family and by learning how it is to live in the wild.

About 3 months into Pandemic, on Anon Babble there was quite a lot talks about going to live in a woods.

I guess, for him it was as valuable experience, and if something similar will happen again, he will be better prepared.

hurricanes take down anything.
Some states will pay for a tornado shelter for you

if something similar will happen again, he will be better prepared

Aye. Lad must have learned a thing or two.
Wished I had learned better on how to live in the outdoors. I am a disgrace for monkeyman race.

More like the nature of society as a whole. Few people treated me like a normal person for saying that I refused to be vaxxed. Some even became irate when they asked my vaxx status and I mentioned that I won't get vaxxed.
I think what I learned the most after living there is how lonely one can get but how easy it is to get used to that feeling.

You can try hiking for few days. Even 3 days can give some good insights. Like, do not take way too much with you, as unneeded stuff adds weight. Warm meal is nice, but that propane cylinder and stove adds weight. Need to analyze, is it worth to take or not. And so on.

but how do you guys shit

Cool

Capture.png - 771x108, 10.9K

Yes, should be time to go to sleep.

Nothing is allowed in post cuck society goy

I knew a successful dentist who was dying, shit you not, he showed us his house he grew up in and it was literally made out of rocks, but they had acres for cattle.

Even in unzoned areas, you would be required to install a septic tank as well. So that's another $10,000. Speaking of unzoned areas, they are far and few between. You wouldn't be able to put that on a regular plot of land. Running electricity to it in an unzoned area is another 20k. If you plan on using your required septic tank you'll have to install plumbing as well so that's another 20K. This is all the bare minimum if you happen to find an unzoned area. And then you can begin spending the thousands of dollars to put insulation in there. Also I hope you're okay with 120° heat boxes.

Sounds like the homeless just need to kill cops lol

Lol no I don't. I just need to kill property inspectors and pigs

Wrong. This is prior to gentrification.

modern nukes don't really have a fallout problem. It's all fission based now. If you survive the initial bombardment and instakill gamma rays, you should find it relatively easy to survive.

Don't worry. They'll shut down infrastructure projects to give $250,000 each to non-citizen migrants so they can afford homes.

You will live in ze pod and you zill like it

i know alot of people who live in picrel. it has a loft where everyone puts their mattress. a couple of them are pretty comfy

Just live in a fucking shed

We are going to round up the zionist bankers.

Is that the same thing building?
Looks like some fat shit, bus stop out front, projects out back
Also looks like some shit from sims busting out or sims 4

Is that heckin authentic redbrick interior

Oh fugg

Barn

That's a fucking shed

I just need to kill property inspectors and pigs

They're like ants bro
There's always more of them

Tried it. It's shit. Roasting hot during the summer and freezing cold in the winter. During cold weather condensation forms on everything meaning everything gets wet and moldy. Everything.

Try insulation silly

Did. The walls and roof get so hot in the sun that both adhesive and insulation melt and fall off the walls and roof.

literally me.png - 657x718, 48.26K

Can't even live in a fucking shed anymore. Going to see if I can do partial cob partial earthship just so I can pay for all the permits and well and septic

On grass

Without a vaporproof floor (I sealed the floor with thick rubber) moisture will evaporate from the ground and fill the enclosed space. Without a vapour barrier the humidity goes to 100% and it's like breathing fluid.

why dont you just live in ze pod

are you the guy with the hurt shoulder who knows frank azar and you live in nebraska but are mover to arizona when you find a rentiod?

No I don't even know who frank azar is
Arizona? Are the stalkers posing as me now and messing with the lore?

ive actually looked into this. dont go plastic though. For a few k more you can get a 2x4 that you can actually plaster and stuff.

The problem is many counties have minimum sq ft requirements on dwellings. Also while realistically a DIY outhouse is fine many counties also enforce septic tank installation.

They REALLY dont want you escaping the wage slave system

In a plastic bag and then chuck it at a bicyclist

a 2x4 constructed shed*

would it legal to buy like 30 of these and stack them like containers for renting?

yeah its fucked. a well and septic is a requirement in many areas. there goes 25k at an absolute best case scenario minimum

Once you hook power and plumbing up to a building it's considered a dwelling here, sucks cause I want a shitter in my shed without paying the extra tax for what the government counts as another house on my property.

why do you spics always put people in containers

$2300 for some plastic sheeting and some hinges. Holy shit.

This board is full of basement dwelling urbanites. Your joke is lost on them.

paid $1,850 for mine 6 years ago but after covid the same system from the same guy is $5k.

I actually have two plastic cabinets made by these guys: one's 20 years old, and the other's 2. They're cheap shit, but they've held up better than IKEA.
