Paul died in 64/5 AD, historians estimate Luke’s Gospel to have been written around 80AD. That would make it difficult for Paul to write it, unless you hold to an early authorship theory. Even then, both church tradition and historians agree that Johns gospel was written around 90AD, which would make Paul writing it quite difficult.
I haven’t heard your statistical analysis point before, and the gospels do all have quite distinct styles (for example Matthew contains Aramaic idoms not present in any other NT work) but I’ll have to do further research before making a judgement
