I think the major and obvious issue is that our society of being polite, of feeling an obligation to help the lesser brown people try and civilize and become functioning humans, and allow them into our society, has had a two-pronged negative effect that cannot easily or even possibly be undone:

First, we allowed a number of browns to come here as poors, and we gave them the means to live. Some of them are sort of capable of functioning, and so they get jobs and begin having a life in White country, but most of even those are always on the lookout for how to scam, scheme, and defraud. Take Indians owning gas stations. They learned a long time ago that they can avoid paying off their loans by just "selling" the business to a new owner every so often, which is always a family member or fellow Indian. Most who do things like this aren't criminalized, so they just learn that it is ok to do, that stealing and defrauding the society that took them in is the way to go.

And then there's the second effect, the delusion. Indians, blacks, they all get this way. Because the original indians, now with jobs or positions in companies, make sure to only hire their kin and then take part in the industry of faking, frauding, and scamming to get those people here. So now you have people like the ones in OP, retarded Indians and delusional blacks and stuff, who mistake the fact that they were handed opportunity and cheated their way through, that they are "competent", and that they "earned it".

This is a form of cultural rot, like letting termites eat into the wood frame of your house. You cannot just drive them out, the rot is too deep, and it has to be rebuilt from scratch once the bugs are gone.
