if you're ganna nap during the day keep a light on, not only will you not oversleep, but you wake up feeling quasi-refreshed even after onlu 2 hours (not fully because is not the morning and you didn't get 6-8hrs straight). The shit feeling you get is due to neurotransmitter imbalance because your circadian rhythm fritzes.
