They will never actually be "out of tanks" because they will simply use less and less of them as their stocks get lower (so basically what we've already been observing the past few months). They do still make some T90s but that doesn't cover monthly losses and while its true most of their soviet stockpiles are empty I still wouldn't say they're out of usable tanks.

Russian 'shadow fleet' ship performed "suspicious maneuvers" near a power cable connecting Poland and Sweden, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on X.

According to @donaldtusk, after the effective intervention of our military, "the ship sailed to one of the Russian ports."

During the press conference, Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said the incident took place on May 20, adding that the cable belonged to Polish grid operator PSE. @KosiniakKamysz also said Poland had launched a patrol flight, and the suspicious vessel was effectively deterred.

According to Reuters, the 600-megawatt undersea cable links the Swedish coast near Karlshamn with Ustka in northern Poland and allows both grids to rely on cross-border supplies when electricity is cheaper in the other system.
