The internet has been getting shitter for a long time anyway. AI is gonna accelerate that a lot, but the internet is not going to stop being the centre of human culture and activity anytime soon.
If what is going on around you in the world interests you, and since you browse Anon Babble then you must have some interest in this, then the internet is still going to be the only place you can scratch that itch. Even if the line between human and AI generated content becomes completely blurred, even if you will never know if the people you are interacting with online including Anon Babble are AI bots or real people, you will still know that whatever you are experiencing online is also being experienced by a subset of the humanity that shares your beliefs and interests, and so you will still be gaining some real understanding by witnessing and experiencing an online media landscape shared with your fellow man.
It's probably smart to reduce your online media consumption regardless, but I don't think AI is going to push that many people to completely disengage.
