Especially the Volvos, they seem to love those for some reason
They must be sliding furiously. Very common DOT violations include things like burned out headlights, tail lights, and running lights (those little red lights on the top of the trailer). Shitskins Will also run on tires that are below the minimum legal tread depth until they blow up on the highway causing them to crash into you and kill you. So if you can get an officer to pull them over for a burnt out headlight or something, they can usually find tire in fractions as well which could place them out of service costing them greatly.
