I know. And as a T1 diabetic I can't really do chemo. Vomiting is not something I can handle for any length of time. I also loathe puking more than any other bodily function, and have a legit fear of it.
So I thought of another way and started researching long-term fasting for body cleansing. Well, there's this class of drugs that can allow me as a diabetic to fast for weeks at a time without puking my intestines up. Seems to work good, besides the beetus I have no other health issues. Everything's in working condition. But again I only do this twice a year, otherwise I never use any hard drugs, just nicotine pouches.
After I recover from the binges I feel like a million bucks.

I can't recommend it, but I can say it's an option. It's very hard to do, takes planning, and because it involves drug use and very illegal drugs, you basically can't have any kind of life(job, dependents, etc).
So it's definitely only for very very rare and specific cases. But if I was someone diagnosed with cancer, I'd give it a try over chemo. If you can save your life without taking chemo which damages your digestive system badly by unzipping the DNA in your cells, it's worth a shot. And hey, if you still end up dying at least you had some fun before you clocked out.
