Ive eaten one bar of these per day for the last year or so. Recently, I began suspecting it was giving me headaches. So a few days ago I stopped. I've had incredible withdrawal symptoms. I feel so fatigued I can't get out of bed. All I think about is chocolate. Every night I dream about eating it. I used to have it all throughout the day, sometimes Even waking up at night to eat more. Now, even my Ritalin and my nicotine can't get me going. I've lost a lot of elo in chess the last few days because I can't concentrate.
