Around 135 here. I know it’s a “blessing” but 90% of the time it feels like a complete curse. Uronically exercise , personally I love swiming and running on the beach during warm weather sometimes even in the early spring when is still a bit cold , during the winter I'm in the local swimmig club 3 classes weekly , spending as much as possible outside, long walks in the city or nature when i have time.
Just got to keep it active and not think to much, the trick is getting active and socialize to keep mind busy and doing stuff you enjoy.
