Not true. Did an internship as a court clerk for about 16 months in college. I've seen a lot of speeding tickets dismissed. The court I was in, they'd literally play the body/dash footage right there and that pretty much decided the case. Most people are usually idiots and tell on themselves, like they admit wrong doing and then show up in court anyways simply because they don't want to pay and then look like retards. In most cases, if people avoided telling on themselves in the encounter and in court they got off from lack of evidence. Dash cams don't show radar display (at least where I was at) and the bodycams are usually just showing the steering wheel.
