My wife and I opened up a firm that specializes in helping Californians move here. The Texas Triangle has been really good for our real estate enterprise. We're one of the most successful niche real estate firms in the area now. Texas has a really good business environment. I've been able to send my kids to a good private school. I have a beautiful home and a couple of rental properties. Life is good here. About the only thing I would complain about here is the weather, but that's what air-conditioning is for desu. The business environment, the sensible gun laws, and the overall culture is just great here.

Where I live is country, with city near enough if needed (never is). Family rides horses, I work outside and love it. I like the weather personally, but if you are a little bitch, I can see why you won't. I can walk to a fishing lake, wild flowers grow everywhere. I am sure there is some crime, but I never see any.
