This. I have children at school and the performance of those teachers is abysmal at times. They tend to forget that their work is not a black box but that everybody knows what's happeneing in school because children tell about it at home and the parents talk to each other. The teachers struggle with orthography, grammar, English, you name it. They're good at dispensing propaganda. But that falls on deaf ears because the children don't respect them anyways.
