they're very "concerned." they talk about it all the time. an incredible amount of effort is spent trying to get men back on the plantation.
the issue here is that no one is actually concerned about the issue. they're concerned their party is coming to an end and want someone to fix that for them (i.e. the makers of society, men). at no point in my entire has genuine concern ever been so much as suggested toward men. some men might experience it by proxy via their race (i.e. black lives matter), but on the whole no one is more hated than men. especially white men. no one has ever been concerned about that. just that those same scapegoat workhorses aren't moving the plow forward anymore and the plantation is getting overrun with weeds.

This job sucks ass, if I had to do multiple interviews just to get hired here I’d have found somewhere else to work.

They have no incentive to work. The overwhelming majority of them will never own a home and will never be able to start a family. Even in the absence of these, in the past you could kick up some sort of identity-based fervor for them to attach to like nationalism so they could go fight and die in a war, but they don't even have that, in fact many of them have grown up being actively told that they are the problem and that they will not be needed in the future. They're an empty shell of a generation because they have nothing worth fighting for.
