Nobody wants to replace America, they want to have spheres of influence that they control within their local regions where they can tell America to fuckoff and maybe some outreach colonies for resources. China doesnt want the world, its wants the sea, taiwan and the smaller nations around it as old vassal states, Russia wants a old USSR eastern European domination of the smaller states. The EU wants to avoid a collapse from the endless bickering. Nobody cares what SA and Africa want.
