I went to one of the last Warped Tours. It was awesome, we were crowd-surfing, moshing, joints were going through the crowd at one of the shows, great fucking time. Last year I ended up getting invited to a Jelly Roll concert after they had already bought me the ticket so I said fuck it and went.
They have completely sucked the fun out of concerts. There's cops and security everywhere making sure no one does shit, I wasnt expecting full-blown mosh pits at a Jelly Roll concert but for fucks sake it was boring. You can't even smoke cigarettes. Festivals used to be cool when you couldn't watch the band live at home on youtube and when there was literally nothing else to spend your time on. I actually work as a bouncer occasionally as a side hustle. I see exactly how old everyone is because I look at their IDs. The vast majority are normal people in their 20s and 30s who have jobs. Most college kids are too young and broke to go to bars.

Not really any young people anymore, when it used to be young people who made up the bulk of these establishments in previous times. Everyone in your picture looks 35+ years old. Also, I will echo, I do go out and places look nowhere near as crowded as they did from 2016-2019 when the economy seemed healthier, though I wouldn't say its completely, things do seem in worse shape compared to years past, especially nightlife.
