By that logic, all races should be hated, and only for the worst of their historical actions. But racism isn't about hating black people because they did something offensive 100 years ago; it's because they behave the way they behave now. All rational people can also say that the ones who don't behave poorly are victims of their own kind setting precedent for people who share their skin.
