WHY don't mainstream doctors tell us these things?

She is a filthy and also retarded PhD larping as an MD. Same old story, many such cases

Cope

Creatine is literally used to measure how fucked your kidney functions are

I've been taking creatine for quite a while and I never experienced any of those benefits.
All it does it give me the extra energy required to push out this one last rep, and even that might be placebo.

That's creatinine. Different

25-30g

Is this shizo for real?

wrong, that's creatinine
and even there elevated levels can stem from more physical activity

You retards think eating raw meat is gross because youre sissy fags who go to the gym to grow big muscles so other men can find you attractive and sodomize you.

MILK

Because its a result of a single experiment and not actual medical trials. If a doctor told you about that and something bad happened, theyd lose their medical license and get sued to oblivion

yapping to tits ratio is off the charts

may I see it?

Probably because its total bullshit.

All it does is make you itchy as fuck and keeps your pump for an extra hour or two after you leave the gym.

b...but muh science

Dude go on any fucking gymcel website. Its littered with bullshit marketing claims about how their magic powders can do everything from curing baldness to making your dick 10 inches longer. All this shit is made in Utah, which lobbied hard for decades to get "supplements" exempted from FDA regulation. That way they can say anything they want.

That personal belief has spurred the 84-year-old Republican to long champion and protect an industry — from regulators and controversy alike. It’s also resulted in big business for Utah, whose natural products sector now generates upwards of $10 billion a year and has been one of Hatch’s top donors over the years.

Hatch accomplished this through a signature piece of legislation passed in 1994 known as the Dietary Supplement and Health Education Act, or DSHEA. The federal law defined and regulated the sale of dietary supplements, allowing manufacturers to make general health claims about their products without going through the Food and Drug Administration to prove safety or efficacy.

“The law doesn’t treat dietary supplements like drugs, exactly. It doesn’t exactly treat them like food. It’s kind of it’s sort of its own type of product under the law,” said Josh Sharfstein, a professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and former deputy commissioner at the FDA during Obama’s first term.

Ingesting that much creatine will make your heart explode in short order.

implying MD's aren't absolute fucking retards

The average sperg on Anon Babble knows more about health than the average MD.

No

Fact. I only trust Dr. Chud.

Better your heart explodes than your brain.

Creatine is probably the most studied performance-enhancing supplement on the market. It objectively increases physical performance for more than 4/5 people. The same interactions in the body could do things for the mind.

For lifters who eat a good diet, the cognitive benefits are moot because you eat enough meat. The benefits of creatine just puts more water in your muscle.
For fat ass normies who eat shit, don't work out, and drink the added creatine helps.
Vegans and vegetarians stand to benefit the most because they're obviously meat deficient and any added creatine restores them to a cognitive baseline. I've helped a few vegan fags get a boost by suggesting this and they definitely saw an improvement.
Further proof that vegetarianism and veganism is bad. If you're going to restrict your diet, pescatsrianism still gives you what you need while eating animals that are clearly retarded and non thinking.

All it does is make you itchy as fuck and keeps your pump for an extra hour or two after you leave the gym.

No it fucking doesn’t. Are you confusing pre-workout with creatine?

Everyone moved away from kratom to 7oh

Increasing phosphates

The thing about that is that it WILL make you feel better, including making you feel sharper- but it's an illusion. It's actually creating stress on your brain, which short term, leads to being more sharp, but long term, really fucks you up. It's why having a 1:1 Calcium phosphate ratio is very important.

The FDA is my friend

the FDA is a bunch of bureaucrats putting barriers to research and selecting what meds get sold. Thanks to the FDA kickbacks Americans are the sickest population in earth. Good meds are 20x more expensive than elsewhere and shit meds are sold off the counter

One factor could be that the does proposed are higher than what you likely took.

They practice health if you fit a checklist. However by then you're likely dying. Real health is in prevention and early diagnosis, which they simply never do.

To get the daily recommended dosage of creatine (3-5mg), you need to eat several pounds of meat or between 1-2 kg of meat. Cooking said meat, also massively reduces the creatine content in it, in most cases (Well cooked meat, which most people do with pork and chicken) to 0.
researchgate.net/figure/Creatine-Content-in-Select-Foods_tbl3_227249571
You are most likely confusing creatine with niacin, present in most pre-workout formulas and energy drinks. In high dosages (Energy drinks and pre-workout formulas) it has the side effect of skin irritation.
Please tell me more.
Ideally you spread it out throught the day, if you try taking 10g of creatine at once you will most likely feel extremely nauseous.

Sixteen RCTs involving 492 participants aged 20.8-76.4 years, including healthy individuals and patients with specific diseases, were selected. Creatine monohydrate was the form used in all included studies. Creatine supplementation showed significant positive effects on memory [...] as well as significantly improving processing speed time.

However, no significant improvements were found on overall cognitive function or executive function. Subgroup analyses revealed that creatine supplementation was more beneficial in individuals with diseases, those aged 18-60 years, and females.

I believe this is the study "cited" by the OP's screenshotted tweet:
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39070254/

In my personal experience, I have tried increasing my creatine dosage from the daily 3-5g to the 20g several people are mentioning. I do feel a difference in clarity and lack of brain fog. My anxiety has also gone down a significant amount. If some of you have problems with cloudiness, non-stop thoughts and anxiety I would advise you to try creatine especially if you are 30+. Start with the daily recommended dosage and increase if you feel no nausea or other side effects. Drink plenty of water.

wha'ts the best brand

The cheapest. Ignore fancy creatine supplements, always go for Creatine Monohydrate. It has the most literature on it, most people respond well to it and it's cheap. Ignore concetrates and gummies. Get it in powder form.

so if i eat your kidney with falfa beans i can avoid the dementia

Will creatine help? I'm thinking of just going NEET honestly. Still live with my parents at age 31 still haven't saved enough for a house. Had a gf and lost her because I wouldn't buy a house. Bout ready to give up.

gross

More like retarded. Humans learning how to cook was a big stepping stone. People who voluntarily eat raw meat have lower IQ on average. Even sushi is for retards.

What you need is sleep you mongoloid. You know the problem that is causing you hardship and instead of adressing it you ask for a roundabout solution?
Sleep 8 hours everyday, take melatonin if you need help. If you don't like pills eat 2-3 kiwis before bed.

Same. I get all my health & medical advice from Anon Babble threads and cryptic symbolism in my dreams.

What's 7oh?

Why is it the daily recommended dosage, if you can't even comfortably reach it normally? Who eats 2kg of meat a day? Nobody.

Good question. Creatine is naturally ocurring in the body. An abled bodied person synthesises around 2g of creatine without needing to eat meat. This reduces the amount of meat you need to eat substantially. As you get older however, your body's capibility to produce creatine (and not just) deteriorates and supplementation especially helps those cases. That's why creatine is a helpful supplement. However, you don't need creatine to function. Creatine is primarily a bodybuilding supplement and it's main use case is to achieve more water retention in the muscles. The daily recommended value of 3-5g is to achieve muscle saturation (Water retention in the muscles to make them fuller), beyond that increased creatine dosages do not have an effect on muscle volume or strenght gain. For decades this was the accepted science. Recently, there have been studies suggesting (the one I linked in my previous post) that an increased dosage could have effects on brain health.
tl;dr You don't need creatine to function normally but it definitely has an effect on water retention in the muscles as per hundreds of studies, and new research points to it having an effect on brain health. I recommend skimming the following paper:
jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12970-021-00412-w

female says something

Because mainstream doctors have little to no training in nutrition or supplementation after they graduate, and only get cursory info while still in school.
Most physicians do not expand their knowledge base after going into practice, they just rely on what little they learned 15 years earlier as if it never could change and roll with it until they retire.

"Doctors don't know shit" was a common phrase back in the bb/fitness usenet and message board days

Anyone who puts Dr in front of their name is usually full of shit. The good ones are more modest than that. It's an argument of authority for anything she says

bodybuilders take creatine in high doses for decades

they still don’t have kidney issues after taking 5-10g almost daily for years

some retard on Anon Babble makes claim that’s mentally retarded anyway

Why does this place have so many fucking idiots who read one shitty article and decide they’re experts?

Buy an add Jew

Kek

I never wanted to take creatine, only protein.

Is there any specific creatine you recommend? Is there a special production process I should look out for?

Thanks, I'll visit your county again some time.

bodybuilders take creatine in high doses for decades

Source?

When I used to spend time on a bodybuilding board filled with guys discussing steroid cycles, it became clear that most of them knew more about the actual pharmacology of the products they used than the people who prescribe and dispense them.

Because this is a shill thread selling snake oil
Right down to fake posts responding to the first OP

His pimple covered Jew ass

you are not a kidney, you are not a liver. seriously y'all. stop it.

Uh, being a lifter and associating with lifters for 30 years where all of us have pretty much been taking creatine constantly or cyclically and - wow - none of us have blown out kidneys, even the guys doing tons of drugs in addition are fine.
It’s like how vegans used to claim that they didn’t want to eat much protein because “it’ll give you kidney failure”, just pseudoscience garbage spewed by retarded niggers who are either mentally handicapped, or, fell for cultist propaganda.

And, they were still promoting high carb (80%) diets well into the 2000s

When the fuck did this place get overrun with shills for big pharma and government bureaucracy? Every single thread in the catalog has an army of shills defending the status quo.

There has been targeted shilling of creatine going on lately, I see it here, on IG, people at work talk about it.
And they are claiming it does all these things when in the past, creatine was for being able to lift more weight.
Loading phase no longer exists? Cognitive functions? What????
I will not be buying any creatine since this all seems very inorganic.

The chemical in kratom that makes it good, they isolated it and made it into a powdered or pill form, 20mg feels like a percocet, legal and relativity cheap. Can find it in smoke shops for a high price but bulk online. Buy it before they ban it, legal opioids.

Creatine Monohydrate only, ignore any and all other types (They may be good, but creatine monohydrate has hundreds upon hundreds of studies on it while most others are most likely fitness industry scams). It is pretty cheap thankfully. Start by taking 5g daily, see if you get nauseous. In about 1-2 weeks your muscles will be fully saturated and you should feel a little bit stronger and your muscles will be bigger (More noticeable the leaner you are). If you want to be adventorous and see for yourself the effects of creatine the more recent studies claim (Brain health) gradually increase consumption. I personally feel positive effects having taken 20g a day for the past two weeks. Don't take more than 5g at a time, you WILL get nauseous. 4/5 people respond really well to creatine so your chances of seeing improvements are good.

Thanks, I'll visit your county again some time.

You'll be well received brother.

Because they got next to no training in nutrition and parroted the shit they were told was “optimal”.

”when I was in med school 20 years ago that’s what they told me was best to promote, so why would I continue my education and be current on developments that disprove what I was originally informed?”

better test your little beans bro...

Why does this place have so many fucking idiots who read one shitty article and decide they’re experts?

Aside from the shills/bots, I think the young people have grown up in a milieu with so much lying and propaganda that lying and stretching the truth is totally normal for them
Basically, ever single mini-Happening thread here has a lie in the OP
I'm a Xoomer and we still remember and make fun of the few kids throughout the years who were serial liars/exaggerators
And, even on the internet 20+ years ago, these people would get bullied into changing their usernames
There's just a bunch of broken and defective little shits running around

She is the archetypal midwit academic; slave to poorly conducted studies, immune to common sense or first principles, jumping from fad to fad based on whatever the latest sTuDieS tell her. Keep drinking your smoothies of man-made green sludge you ugly retard Rhonda. Does she not realise her skin is shit?

I definitely feel antidepressant and memory benefits from creatine at about 10~12g per day but it makes me really nauseous for the first few days. I stopped when I read loads of people started noticing accelerated baldness

Humans probably evolved eating that much. I've read anthropologists estimate as much as 6lbs of meat per day. It's why our brains and bodies were so large just before the agricultural age. But modern humans? No way, we've fallen massively since then.

LOL WTF BLUE PILL HEALTH GUY.
Creatine is not snake oil. It is one of the most scientifically reviewed supplements on the market. The health benefits for musculature has been well documented for decades now.

The extremely beneficial aspect of its affects on brain health is newer knowledge. Your body gets it from red meat.

Food is medicine. Compounds isolated from foods is medicine.

Creatine can show big improvements across the body but not for everyone. It seems like the more red meat you eat the less likely creatine benefits you. As if you are already getting something from the diet that covers it.

I get yearly physicals, and I haven’t even had a kidney stone by age 50.
I’ll be fine.n

I read that creatine is supposed to improve brain function but too bad for me I always get headache when I take this shit
also I hate how the body suddenly binds so much water. can't be healthy in that regard

Thanks.

You just have to look at tribes today and not that long ago to know humans survive on very little. We definitely didn’t eat that much meat.

tru

I take 5g of creatine daily. Ask me about my super powers.

21 hours of sleep deprivation

HA! Rookie numbers. 140+ hours awake is sleep deprivation. Not 21.

Reads like a pitch one might hear from a jeet scammer trying to take your money.

This is true, my IQ isn't low enough to deal with the general public on a daily basis.

There is only one thing that can truly make your brain healthy without stunning any of its areas and functions, and that's to have a fast metabolism while eating copious ammounts of healthy unprocessed sugars such as honey, cashew, favabeans and potatoes. If your genes can't adapt to a fast metabolism then you are just an inferior retard who'll never have a truly intelligent brain. Take all the bitch tits drugs you want, such as creatine, caffeine, extasy or whatever - the only thing you will achieve is a workaholic slave brain. Meanwhile, my brain is getting high on sugar and doing massive quantum computer calculations that you can't even fathom, brainlet. Kill yourself, druggie.

Millions of bodybuilders and regular people that have taken the NATURALLY OCURRING supplement for decades.

"Questions and concerns involving creatine supplementation and kidney damage/renal dysfunction are common.[...] Today, after > 20 years of research which demonstrates no adverse effects from recommended dosages of creatine supplements on kidney health"

The concern that creatine will increase the amound of creatinine in the kidneys and thus "overload" the kidneys is a fake one.

" In a review of creatine supplementation studies, Persky and Rawson [50] found no increase in serum creatinine in 12 studies, 8 studies showed an increase that remained within the normal range, and only 2 studies showed an increase above normal limits (although not different from the control group in one study)."

Taken from jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12970-021-00412-w#ref-CR3
Creatine does not fall under big pharma. It's not a compound that is foreign to the body. It is not hard to make creatine and no one has a monopoly on it. Most people that take creatine report no adverse side effects (millions of people). Who would want you to take this absurdly cheap supplement that your body produces naturally and has scientifically and anecdotally no adverse effects? What could be their insidious motive?
Please exercise critical thinking.
Retarded niggers.

Thank you, Dr. Chud!

sugar

Brain works with salt and potassium, eat a salty banana for a brain boost.

Enjoy diabetes and metabolic syndrome you daft cunt. Slaves eat sugar, real men eat meat and dark green veg

this is hyperbole but still very close to the truth.

So does that mean that the 5g of creatine I take autistic ally has made me a superhuman?

between kratom and creatine people seem truly bent on destroying their kidneys

BUN/CREAT ratio and overall creatinine level used to measure kidney function

take lots of creatine

creatine gets metabolized into creatinine

go to doctor and he tells you you're unhealthy because your creatinine level is high, because you took a bunch of creatine

that's like saying that people are destroying their liver because their AST/ALT levels are high, when they've been taking AST and ALT in pill form as a supplement
there's not causative or biological reason why creatine would harm your kidneys
like clockwork, some 23 year old kid goes to the doctor, his creatinine level is way high, the doctor asks what he's taking, the kid says creatine, and suddenly news organizations are running stories on the evening news about "how this one supplement your child can take without a prescription is DESTROYING their KIDNEYS"

what this anon said is true
no one will support research on it because it's not patentable and thus you'll never see RCT's espousing the benefits unless the research is cheaper and weaker
doctors however can make whatever retarded recommendations that they want to for no reason other than "i use this number to measure kidney, don't take this, number too high"

For lifters who eat a good diet, the cognitive benefits are moot because you eat enough meat

a pound of meat contains ~1g creatine. no one is eating 30lbs of meat.
there is a distinction between "a level of intake that prevents you from being deficient" and "a level of intake that provides a desired therapeutic effect"
taking test so your levels are 300ng/dl versus taking test so your levels are 1800ng/dl will both prevent you from being categorically deficient, but I'm sure we can both agree there is a significant therapeutic and performance difference in the two

she got an OF tho??

larping as an MD

Oh, so you mean someone that's potentially ethical? MDs are the least trust-worthy people on the planet.

I can't do it.
Can't live with wagecucking.
Id need a remote job to be able to cope with >1/2 my day being taken by shekelstein

fasting

Fasting shrinks your brain, idiot. If you don't have a fast metabolism, you're doomed to be a retard. Accept it.

zeolite

Zeolite is sold as an unregulated dietary supplement, which means nobody is making sure you are actually buying zeolites when you buy said supplements. The mining industry has a lot of waste whose management is very expensive, so they instead sell that waste to the food industry which lobbies governments to sell that waste as mislabeled unregulated supplements. The mining industry has a long history of shoving its waste down the throats of the people. It's just like fluoride (a mining waste product) ending up in tap water and toothpaste.

methylene blue

Powerful disinfectant, yes. But using it as a dietary supplement is similar to drinking a liter of water with a few drops of bleach in it in hopes that it will "cleanse" your homosexual colon without killing anything "good" in your gut, as if the gut functions on the basis of "good" and "bad". Even if you kill the "bad" stuff, you're just depriving the "good" stuff of its food source. The gut lives in equilibrium. Drugs and industrial waste disrupt that equilibrium.

MDs are truly NPCs

Creatine makes you a sex beast. I use to fuck for 2-3 hours on that stuff. It's probably why me, a poor uggo ended up with a cute wife.

She got exposed during the vid. She's a stooge.

the level of research on fitness and athletic health in general is dismal
that said, doctors are absolutely retarded and should not be listened to unless you've either personally verified the evidence and guidelines they're using to make decisions, or what they say lines up with what is demonstrably true within their specific specialization. GP's are retards

Doctors have been making retarded generalized statements without evidence for decades:

oh you broke your bone, stay totally off of it while it heals

meanwhile rib fractures heal the fastest of any bone because bone needs mechanical strain to induce healing. all you're doing by staying off of it is prolonging the healing and fucking up the distal range of motion for any muscle contained within the break area

oh if you want to be healthy, run marathons and eat rice, lifting weights can hurt you and strains your heart

meanwhile a marathon will fuck up your joints, carbs are awful for you, and lifting weights is one of the best things you can do for your heart because the valsalva maneuver prevents HCM and increases vascular tone responsiveness

oh don't take supplements, here let me put you on an ACE inhibitor and beta blocker for your 137/90 HTN that was probably white coat hypertension anyway

oh your Hb H1c is 5.8? you should eat more rice, you're prediabetic

your cholesterol is sort of high, I'm going to put you on a statin and permanently fuck up your hormonal profile

what do you think PhD stands for?
also MDs that publish are scum of the earth that were to psychotic to interface with patients, so better to be a PhD in that sense

Bioenergetics sounds like some made up bs

The Mongols were known to eat 10lbs of meat in a meal. So no, 3kg isn't that unrealistic especially if we are talking about 6ft tall enormously-framed hunter-gatherers.

The only docs that i've respected are those old grizzled military docs and a veterinarian who treated a massive ear infection I had. He told me back in 07 that corona was possibly jumping to humans and that rabies is a strictly northern phenomenon.

When im online it goes up by at least 30 pts

The higher rates of early onset dementia among athletes than in the healthy omnivorous population shows that low carb diets destroy the brain. If you only eat meat (or any low carb, high protein food), the excess daily protein gets turned into fat by your metabolism. Excess fat is another indicator of EOD. The only way you can avoid this is by taking PEDs in order to trick your muscles (including your heart) to consume more protein, which will carry you to an early grave decades before my well-fed brain shows any symptoms of aging.
Eat natural sugars and use your brain 24/7. That's the only way you can actually be an intelligent Human, instead of a faggy narcistic muscley beast of burden macaque.

Intelligence isn't achieved with faggy brain boosts. It is achieved with constant fuel and exercise. Use your brain 24/7 and give it the natural sugar it needs to keep those synapses going. Omnivorous diets are superior.

I take creatine every day and I'm still tired and depressed

Depression neuronal decay is from elevated corticosteroid/cortisol levels, that creatine will probably just make depression symptoms and ruminating more intense

Thank you dr. Chud.

fake science is not real science because real science is still fake

what do you think PhD stands for?

It doesn't stand for Medicinae Doctor. So not sure what your point is. It's a different than an MD.

Bro, they said covid was going to kill everyone and destroyed our entire lives over a fucking cough. Yeah, I take the collective wisdom millions on the internet over a fucking jew doctor any day.

Sounds like bullshit but in years of being a bro-science-chemist-weightlifter back in college, it turns out that only three or so legal items actually improve performance:

-caffiene
-creatine monohydrate (lol at the whole creatine ethyl ester scam)
-(less known in the US) citrulline malate

Nothing else (legal) actually improves endurance or strength consistently or materially in studies. Ofc, every anabolic steroid, GH, and harder stimulant drugs also work, they're just not legal.

Creatine is most useful for people who dont eat much red meat or meat at all, i.e. creatine-containing food sources. There is established science on its benefit to the brain, especially in old people. So... I really doubt a 30g dose does anything so miraculous, or much at all, but its harmless and cheap enough for me to try since this is a truly valuable supplement as proven in many other ways in decades of study.

No, dummy, that is creatinine.

It's a different than an MD

yeah, you do understand that research publications are primarily published by PhDs, while MDs are involved in practice, right?
someone calling themselves "doctor" is not LARPing as an MD any more than a DO or a DDS is.

the patient-side of medicine would not exist in any reasonable sense without PhD's doing nearly all of the backend work for the field as a whole.
MD's are almost never exposed to the preclinical side of medicine, nor are they regularly exposed to the larger component of data processing for clinical research and surveillance. MD's see patients, fill out the forms, then move on to the next patient
Asking an MD about research is equivalent to asking a field engineer about design validation. That's not what they do, but they're still engineers.

Have you tried being less gay?

Lol just kidding pol-bro. But check your T levels, its like a $10 blood test at any lab (in the US anyway), you may surprisingly find low levels. Just one of many reasons it could be low, just trying to help!

I mentioned we used to say, "Doctors don't know shit" 25 years ago in another post in this thread, just to be clear
We're not in disagreement, here

I understand all that. I don't see what this has to do with me saying MDs are unethical and can't be trusted.

i just checked the IDs and am a retard and confused you with the burger flag you were responding to
yeah MD's are in general unethical pieces of shit and the best case scenario is that they're totally uninformed

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO he wrote a lot of stuff you were supposed to say thank you sir and kneel!!!!!!!!!! WHY WONT YOU TRUST US GOYIM!!!!!!!!!

I apologise

I know more about nutrition and treating chronic illness than a dr. They get trained how to scam and lie to people while I read real information on the largest information network in history.

why would a doctor want you to be healthy

raw meat is fine for humans and is actually more nutritious than cooked but there are too many risks like parasites, so where the meat isn't ultra fresh and definitively clean from a healthy animal (99.99% of cases) a smart man will cook the fucking thing.
plus, the science is settled: cooking increases the umami flavor and smell, making cooked meat more appetizing than raw. even DOGS prefer cooked meat over raw. i saw a study on it decades ago. God wouldn't make man and dog salivate at the smell of roast meat if we were supposed to just eat it raw.

The fact that you cannot discern that the twitterfag is literally engaged in paid advertising is why you so easily believe almost everything you see and will forever remain a brainwashed nigger cattle.

Are we in '91 Compton?
Because, you're as dumb as a nigger
Advertising for whom, you spazz?

Creatine is generic AF, nowadays
It is a fitness commodity

Anti-Aging with GlyNAC (Glycine + NAC) to make Glutathione

Glycine & NAC: A Winning Combo for Longevity
Nicole Brechka
According to a study from Nutrients Journal, a proprietary supplement called GlyNAC was shown to extend lifespan, albeit in mice, by 24 percent. [Note the human study in the above video. Younger people would normally have sufficient glutathione levels; deficiency occurs with age and/or illness.
Read more: COVID & VAX SURVIVAL

GlyNAC is a blend of the amino acids glycine and N-acetylcysteine (NAC). Taken together, these act as precursors to glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant. It’s important to note that GlyNAC is not the same as NAC alone or glutathione alone. “GSH [glutathione] synthesis requires both cysteine (from NAC) and glycine. Supplementing NAC-alone does not provide glycine, and only GlyNAC provides both the glycine and cysteine needed for GSH synthesis,“ say study authors.

Glutathione levels naturally decline with age, and that deficiency has been linked to multiple age-related health issues, including:
Increased oxidative stress

Mitochondrial health plays a key role in how fast someone ages. Dr. Rajagopal Viswanath Sekhar, lead study author and Baylor College of Medicine associate professor, believes mitochondrial dysfunction and increased oxidative stress are the two fundamental defects associated with aging. Glutathione deficiency is connected to both. GlyNAC appears to work by correcting this deficiency, says Dr. Sekhar.

legal opioids

Is prohibition the only thing stopping you from injecting illegal opioids? Don't be a retard, ffs.

so, how much and how often do I need to take?
If I have Glycine powder separately and NAC pills separately, can I just take these together? Or do they need to be blended into one pill somehow?

Even sushi is for retards.

Japs have the highest iq on the planet and still cant invent anything.
Frenchniggers eat frogs and snails and fuck their neighbors wives while their neighbors fuck theirs. (Im not trying to prove a point i just hate the french)

Yes but its fish meat.
Humans are coastdwelling apes, thats why our noses can block out water and our bodies float in water.

Niggers sink like stone and their bbodies are optimized for overland hunting with many fast twitch muscles and noses shaped for maximum air intake.
Thats also why 20% of their dna is different to ours and nigger tribes between one another are more diverse than the rest of the world.

Try drinking milk along with it, get some calcium in your blood too.

Also drin Löwenzahnwurzeltee, one cup before each meal, 3 cups per day for two weeks in total.
Report back with you findings please.

Combine: 3t glycine with 5t NAC This gives a total 0f 24,000mg = 24g
S0 24 days at 1g/day. 1/4t of this mix weighs 730mg. You could take this amount. A slightly rounded 1/4t would be about 1g.

We take this about 8:00 at night, together with DIY magnesium citrate-malate & zinc ascorbate. This combo gives a restful sleep & has great health benefits.

What's your doctorate in?

AST/ALT

Wtf does that even mean? How about you use words that everyone can understand, or are you some kinda jewish doctor that has to hide behind made up gobbeldygook?

It's not big pharma but it is the supplement industry. These substances should be obtained from natural foods ie animals and supplements should only be taken when that isn't possible. I eat probably 90% animal foods to get as much nutrition as possible but I still take about 1g of creatine daily just to cover my bases as I think I don't eat as much meat as humans should and I don't eat it raw. I don't drink blood either and humans should be.

The average normie has a fucked up diet and they get shilled into taking a bunch of pills to make grifters money, instead of fixing their diet. I find it very sad.

I have a drug rotation that works for me, taking a break from lsd, shrooms and cathinones for some opioids and yes it is the only thing keeping me from 20mg per percs without that tylenol crap. Sorry I can do and handle drugs and other cant.

Thank you, anon.
Are there any dangers/side effects to watch out for?
Did it make you FEEL better, or is it one of those things that benefits you, but not necessarily in a way you can sense?

Did it make you FEEL better

I mean besides better sleep

AST: Aspartate aminotransferase
ALT: Alanine transaminase

make more sense?

The obly people against fasting are jewish shills.
Denounce the talmud right now and then prove your point

Hey i wad gonna agree with you wholeheartedly and then you used some stupid doc-nigger abbreviations that only a vaxx issuer would understand.
Stop doing that.

it's specific to the conversation
normally I'd say "liver enzymes" but the whole reason doctors talk shit about creatine is because it will throw off what is essentially the same test, just for kidneys, on a standard blood panel
they see red number in parentheses and shit themselves

Yes onivorous, balance, of course
But atheletes early dementia is caused by braindamage and concussion and shit.
Most heavily in american footbal players and boxers.
Ofc runners bash their brains against their skull walls too but nowhere near as extremea ad these.
Hiking would be good though

Lol my karma isn't entangled with theirs. Don't do drugs if you can't follow the rules or they're not for you, not everyone was meant to be a movie star, skydive or work on a oil rig, doesn't mean we ban it.

Elevated creatinine levels in someone who doesn't take creatine is concerning because of problems with the kidneys that cause elevated creatinine levels without supplementation. Supplementation only means elevated creatinine cannot be used to detect those particular kidney problems, it doesn't cause those kidney problems. You just have to ask for additional different kidney tests when you get it done.

t. supplementing creatine every day and had this very thing come up at a physical a couple months ago, did the other tests and kidneys are fine

that is 30g of creatine, you should see what 30g of pussy does

k I'll keep you posted krautbro

Why would doctors want you to know about this? It's bad for business to them

No but you proved my point, youre just typing a bunch of shit without saying anything.
Jewish doctors do that then feel superior for it.

Great point, we are in complete agreement. Supplements should be used to supplement a good diet rather than replace one. Creatine stills helps massively and is recommended due to the uncertainty of quantities present in meat, certain cuts, cooked or uncooked etc.. I also take other stuff but that's either here nor there.

Please exercise critical thinking.

Maybe you should. I'm talking about the people shilling against creatine and for big pharma.

WTF are you talking about? Did you reply to the wrong person?

even if creatine is like gods nectar its like 100 for a peanut butter sized jar. same with whey. both probably cost pennies to make. fuck that

you need to be rich to get fit in 2025

Any chud mds care to help me? Ive been having a pain in my right side for about two months. Liver markers consistently nearly 60 when its supposed to be 40. Feel drained and like shit all the time

Did you reply to the wrong person?

Yes i did, i was replying to the post right below you, lmao

Try eating dandelion root and drinking dandelion tea, three cups a day for 2 weeks.
It binds heavy metals and the bitter shit helps the liver and even helps burn fat.
Also do you drink alot?
Try no alcohol until easter sunday

I used to be a heavy drinker (irish) but havent drank since Christmas was sick and kept taking pharma jew shit then ended up like this. Keep getting signs to drink dandelion root tea so im going to do it now, thanks kraut.

Why don't the doctors tell you to just eat meat, which is the source of creatine?

If you think your liver is fucked up, take high doses NAC. It's what ER doctors give morons who try to kill themselves with tylenol.

Also go to a real doctor im just an internet racist

Makes sense
Also
Whats a free toxin binder with zero side effects is activated charcoal.
First responders always issue this when they dont know whats wrong yet, it was recently scratched from their kits because its too cheap to make and the jews didnt make enough money off of it.
