If anything, that means US exports, like agriculture, become cheaper cause farmers will try to sell at a loss to try and make any money off of their goods. That means lower prices on foods if the agriculture is sold domestically.
And putting tariff on US exports into China isn't cutting the US off from anything but Chinese money. Since the US-China trade imbalance favors China, the US isn't really losing that much by getting their goods into China tariffed.
