I spent 15 years out of high school trying to make it up the corporate ladder in banking. Started off as a bank teller making $9.25 an hour all the way up to a Compliance Officer making $85k a year. Both are the same hell holes that just suck the life out of you. I’ve gave up the rat race & have been a neet the last 2 years off government handouts and am content. I spend my time as I please instead of working for (((them))).

You gotta pester employees until they hire you. That's how I've had success in the past. Filling out online applications never really went too well in my experience.
