I just received a letter telling me that my SNAP Benefits will be cut. Despite the fact that groceries have gotten more expensive. Despite the fact that Rent is increasing. Despite the fact that Gas Prices have increased. Despite the fact it is harder for the average American to get a job. Despite the fact School's are more expensive than ever and are demanding more work from their students. And despite the fact that Goods & Services, across the board, are increasing in price.
So how, exactly, am I supposed to afford these cuts to my diet? Why am I taking on additional stress and hardship, in the form of less spending power for food? This is madness, and it makes no sense.
