The "fitness" obsession trend of the last few years (which I imagine is a natural reaction to the "big is beautiful" or body positivity message that started on the left) is honestly bordering into the absurd these days. I know three friends who obsessively go to the gym, in fact one of my friends just started and it's the kind of thing you can tell is done as a trend, something you obsess over to fill a void.

I do workout myself but maybe twice a week with equipment I have at home, and I walk 30 minutes every day unless something keeps me from it. I have a small gut because I like beer, and the rest of me is slightly above average in terms of musculature. Also, I am short lol which I know the people here obsess over.
