Here's a great strategy, find an internship that sounds really cool on paper. It will help your resumé stand out and get the interviewers excited to talk to you.
My sister did two internships.
She got hired by the second one which is the one she really wanted. But the first internship sounded so cool that it likely got the attention of everyone looking at her resume. So try and find an internship that you can use as your foot in the door---so interesting on paper that it's like a conversation piece, write this strategy down in your notes app because it's that important.
Her first internship was unpaid but like I said, very interesting on paper because it was government and sounded very serious. She figured she wasn't going to get into government type work but wanted to try it anyways. It's likely why her resume stood out other than her perfect grades and a large part as to why she got interviewed for her second internship. All the interviewers were excited to ask about it, so think to yourself "what kind of internship would make me excited to ask about it?" and find ones that fit that description.
The second internship she got was paid and was a huge name. She didn't find it through the school by the way, she was just looking up companies. They wanted to pay her peanuts but she asked for more in negotiations, way more, and they gave it to her. They ended up hiring her. They really needed one extra person for the role she filled. It was an answer to prayer really, so thank you Jesus.
All that's to say that it is possible to get a good job through internships anons and I highly suggest you find a cool internship even if it seems very different from the type of work or specific field you'll apply your studies. Hope it helps someone.

I should say that "relaxed" is very relative. The stuff she was doing was serious work in nature and she took it seriously as well, but it wasn't exertive or tedious which I think are two big things to consider. Work that one can enjoy is relaxed work to me.
