Last night I took some pasta, roast some mushrooms, onion and zucchini and then baked the lot with ricotta, herbs, tomato paste and diced tomato stirred through and shredded cheese on top.
The night before that I had medium well steak cooked in garlic butter, a greek salad and oven chips.
The night before that I had schnitzel, mash, peas and gravy.
Tomorrow night I will roast a cauliflower and some broccoli with sour cream and parmesan. On Monday my gf will make curried sausages and rice (with sultanas). I usually get her to make this or chilli con carne so I don't have to cook for a few days. If we were broke we would just batch cook twice a week.
During the day I eat as little as possible unless I am working. Maybe some fruit or yoghurt.
Only really eat bread as garlic bread with pasta or a ham sandwich with avjar and cucumber and cheese. Yes, I eat avjar, I am Anglo, I steal all the good stuff.

I started eating meat and fish again after some injuries and definitely think all of these things can be stressors and repairers in different ways.
