I went through a dozen doctors, and while some were mildly helpful, at least in tone, the system is set up so I receive a randomised doctor for 5-10 minutes and then a different one every single time so there is no cohesion beyond the brief noted they volunteer to type in the 30 seconds between patients, therefore I had to explain it all again each time, wasting the moments I had with them, and for them to go through the exact same flowchart of uselessness.
i had several diabetes tests of varying lengths over a span of months because that's their first thought - so each and every one of them started the flowchart from the beginning and wanted to tick that off before proceeding.
i went a year doing that and then gave up, which means my life is more or less ruined.

I don't profess to know more than them, but I did spend a year or so reading everything I could find for 3+ hours a day, and explicitly told them the possibilities for causes, tests required and treatments. I even had to adjust one blood test list myself because they'd ommited a key test which was critical for continuity between the blood tests.
