since im managment I can only say what I know and that I have zero control of the hiring process. I put out a request that I need people to HR thats in corporate 3 states away. they list the job posting, Im sure some cuck ass AI system reads the applicants then gets sent to the HR person. that person will narrow it down to 10-20 people after theyve gone thru the second round of screening which is a hireview automated webcam ask and tell. once it gets to that point HR screens them and sends me the the pick of the litter is when I see the candidates
based on that I/we do 1 on 1 in person interviews and make our pick.

based on any job if you apply but dont get it thru simple auto screening just keep applying and applying. once you get a 1 on 1 interview then dont get it thats when you know the gig is up, but its not 100% I could be hiring 10 people or I could be hiring just 1, the fact you didnt get it doesnt mean much just means other candidates were better not that you were bad. but if you get to a 1v1 and dont get it, id probably try and branch out to something else
