I think the betting markets are reacting to the hypothesis that early conclusion means that an insider (parolin) was picked. However, this isn't actually early so I don't know why people are making that assumption. They did either 4 or 5 votes. Francis had 4 votes, Benedict had 3. So it's not like the new guy's 4 means he's an insider (Francis was not an insider)
