New York is awesome but the parts you’d want to live in are very expensive. Seattle has some very beautiful sections too. I’d say NYC, Chicago, and Seattle are the best cities all with their pros and cons.

As soon as cars became reliable and affordable enough for ordinary people to buy them, pretty much everyone wanted to buy one so they move to a bigger house with a yard in a nice neighborhood away from the densest parts of the city and all the undesirable bullshit there.

I have been to many cities all over the world, and in a general sense, yes. Pretty much all of them have parts that are nice, clean, safe, beautiful, all the nice stores and restaurants and amenities you would ever want and mostly White people but those areas are also usually very expensive so most of the people who live or visit them are either fairly rich or tourists on vacation.
And pretty much every city also has areas that are dirty, dangerous, crime filled, run down, niggrified ghettos that are slightly less expensive than the nice parts.
