I have been to many cities all over the world, and in a general sense, yes. Pretty much all of them have parts that are nice, clean, safe, beautiful, all the nice stores and restaurants and amenities you would ever want and mostly White people but those areas are also usually very expensive so most of the people who live or visit them are either fairly rich or tourists on vacation.
And pretty much every city also has areas that are dirty, dangerous, crime filled, run down, niggrified ghettos that are slightly less expensive than the nice parts.
