During the Victory Day Parade on May 9th in Red Square, Moscow, at least two individuals who are subjects of investigations and public accusations of involvement in war crimes in Ukraine were spotted next to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Their identities were established by journalists from the "Dozhd" TV channel.
Behind Putin on the stand was Vladislav Golovin, a marine from the 810th Separate Guards Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet, known by the call sign "Struna."
