The (plastic) bottled water have microplastics and industry chemicals like flouride which harm your body, you should be storing purified water in metal containers, placed on some carpet. However, I respect that you're not storing your water on a concrete surface, which would chemically contaminate the water after several weeks.

All the food is industrialized, meaning your stockpile has artifical chemicals that are harmful for your body. They're added in for flavor, to cut costs, or as perservatives to increase shelf life.

Almost everythings in some kind of plastic, which isn't good for your long term health. The canned food is a lesser evil, the food may vary but theres no microplatics.

You definetly don't have enough paper wipes to last you 18 months either.

Overall, store your water in metal containers and place them on a thick layer of carpet, severely reduce or eliminate any food products with plastic (it can be difficult but try your best), and learn how to raise/grow/make your own food and natural storing processes. Avoid food with artificial ingredients. Jars are your friend.
