Albanian here. Never were taught anything about Islam or Christianity besides that they're retards of the highest order. Maybe it's just my family and extended circle but I never thought of albanians as religious. We just are nominally from X, Y or Z religion as a family, and even that is tricky because many many people married whatever because it never mattered.
What little spirituality we have is crypto pagan / animist at most. Like in my region people are supposed to go on a pilgrimage at the local holy mountain three times in their life and perform a sacrifice there. Nowadays they have a restaurant at the top of the mountain so the pilgrimage is basically going to a nice restaurant in the mountain and ordering a whole animal instead of just steaks, otherwise it doesn't count.
