Imagine the media pressure on this party during an election campaign - Who will be your chancellor? Who will be your Home Secretary? Who will be your Education Secretary? They barely have enough MPs to fill a phone box, let alone an entire Cabinet. No one seriously believes they’ll ever be in government. I’ll be surprised if they get more than 50 MPs next time. And then on top of that you’ve got the fact that people stubbornly vote Labour or Tory because they always have, their parents did and their grandparents did etc. You can’t persuade people using such retarded logic. Tories and Labour are appalling, but sadly I can’t see the country voting for change in my lifetime for the reasons given above. It’s no wonder an increasing number of people don’t bother voting.

If you want to improve their working conditions then sure, I'm not against that. But I also just think that a person's ethnicity or nationality doesn't really matter when recruiting them. People from abroad sometimes have very valuable skills which can benefit the UK.

By that logic, we should prioritise Celtic descendants above Anglo-Saxon descendants. So the Welsh and Scottish would be prioritised above the English.

Like I said, I'm not against an improvement in working conditions in that sector, but I also think as a principle it makes sense to sometimes hire people from abroad, or people of any ethnicity, for jobs. I think that can apply to any sector.
As I said in another post, if the UK stops allowing foreign workers to work in the care sector, and instead increases the minimum wage for care workers, then yeah you might boost the number of British citizens working in the care sector. But those workers will be paid more, which is great and all, but it means that Brits (including you and I and our families) will have to pay more for care homes and carers.
So if your grandma needs to go into a care home then she'll be paying more for the privilege.

Celts were in the UK before Anglo-Saxons were, so if we're going to prioritise different ethnicities based on when they arrived on the island of Great Britain, then people of Celtic descent (e.g. the Welsh and Scots) would have to be prioritised above people of Anglo-Saxon descent (the English)
