Morocco is not bad. Good food, interesting culture and architecture, beautiful natural scenery. Tourism is a big industry so there's lots of police to make sure it's safe and orderly. I'd rate it about the same as Turkey. Probably safer than most countries in Latin America.
I would say rwanda, they have a dictator (paul kagame) that directly forces the people to clean the streets regularly and is under the kagame regime that the country is developing economically

They ARE corrupt like most of Africa, but their corruption has a certain "lazy flair" to it. The president stayed in power for 40 years by giving his political opponents cushy well paid jobs (bribes).
This did have a little "unrest" a few years ago because they didn't suck France's dick enough, but as soon as French Intelligence stopped paying the "protesters" it all went way.

Ah fuck this is my thread and I was late. Botswana is the best African country by far, and not even just for African country standards it's a great country among all countries. I've been to Botswana and the crime is so low I traveled around Gaborone, the capital city by bicycle since no car and I could leave my bike outside for hours and it never got stolen. The weather is beautiful it's basically African Mexico except safe and the people are friendlier, and they speak English. The only problem is there's not much to do it's entirely rural outside of the 2 cities but Gaborone is on the border of South Africa so you could always fly or drive there where there's stuff to do and a high white population. Botswana is super cheap to live in too you can get an apartment for 150 USD in Gaborone, outside the cities probably $70 a month. Meanwhile South Africa is one country over and an apartment in Johannesburg and Cape Town are around $800 a month at the cheapest.
