The only people in the CBD are now youths who ride the bus and a small amount of office workers, there used to be enough to support a thriving town centre but most large business buildings moved out of town after a big earthquake.

It's completely changed the whole city and made the entire CBD inaccessible to anyone who drives a car, while our province is called "The Plains" so the sprawled city is essential to own a car.

The only reason to ride a bicycle is to get to a job inside the "cycle accessible" CBD... until it rains. Or it's this thing called Winter. Then the whole city centre is completely fucked
