His mother was only a citizen by virtue of marrying his father, Trump's mother lied on the 1940 census stating she was a citizen when she didn't get it until 1942. So that only leaves Trump's citizenship as possibly stemming from his Grandfather. Trump's grandfather immigrated in 1885 and later became a US citizen, but unclear if his presence was always legal. He went back to Germany and found his wife. Fun fact. Trump's mother, and paternal grandmother were all not legal immigrants, just like his wives. Barron is a multigenerational dirty illegal. A "citizen" of the United States of America is defined as a "free white person of good moral character" "who have resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for the term of two years".
Barron is White, and he has resided on the territory for two years, therefore he is a citizen.

Bhagat Singh Thind), where a jeet had slithered into USA and then tried to "we wuz Aryan" so he would not be deported. The Supreme Court laughed out the jeet out of the country, and they ruled that not only must that jeet be deported immediately but that if there are any jeets in USA that have been accidentally given citizenship, their citizenships must be revoked and them deported immediately too.
