No one cared, everyone was half asleep, the PowerPoint was retarded in the first place. I kept thinking, why does this lady have a job and why as a society do we think this is acceptable.

I assume theroy Z witch proposed that hr is the most important role in any company, the promoted metoo movement put an emphisis on women talking to women about women problems in the workforce so it was easier to put women in hr positions because it was reported that a majority of hr complaints came from women.

I honestly don't think men really want to be in HR. It's kind of being like a camp guard, but without any of the good stuff. I mean, faggots love it, and increasingly we'll see brown dudes in HR to facilitate their nepotism, but neither count as 'men'.
In a previous job, I saw women get promoted to head of HR, on ridiculous salaries. Like double what I was on. They were perfectly ok people, but they weren't exactly super talented. It was plain weird, and always women. No dudes ever got promoted in HR.
