Then you have the middle class, which used to be the swing vote in Australia. But, with the middle class shrinking rapidly, their vote means less and less. Not only that, but the middle class is now entirely comprised of pro union tradies, who will vote Labor because their union told them to, and with the other major group in the middle class being Chinese immigrants, they'll always vote Labor because Labor is slightly more pro China.

The upper class? Once reliable conservatives, but are now just comprised of smug boomers and brainless stay at home, range rover driving soccer mums.

They won't vote Labor, because Labor will increase their taxes. But they want to look "trendy" and "tolerant" - so they'll vote for the Teal moderates who are female climate hoax peddlers, but unlike Labor, they don't rub shoulders with the smelly working class. So these teal moderates makes upper class yuppies feel safe and cozy.

Then you basically have young women, uni students and homosexuals who will vote for the far left Greens.

The way forward for something resembling the right in Australia is to have a new party that first and for most wants to cut immigration, but secondly isn't so willing to cuck to corporate interests like all of our right wing parties do here in Australia.

We need a party that'll be in favour of things like creating publicly owned companies in the resources sector, so that the public can benefit from natural resources, much like the Arab gulf states do.

They also have to be somewhat pro union so that white tradies get on board.

But when it comes to social issues, they have to be very conservative so that they can pick up seats in rural Australia.

It's a fucking retarded idea and a waste of money, even if the goal was to actually build the things instead of just extending coal mining for another 20 years then ditching the plan because it's too expensive. There isn't a single economically viable modular nuclear reactor in the world. They aren't a thing yet, and the Liberals VASTLY underestimate the cost of building them (no doubt on purpose).
