By being from shithole country myself, for me there was not much bad experience, besides their tendency to throw trash around and burn trash dumps, when smoke and smell spread for kilometers and kilometers. It's looks more like there are going to be multiple poles, at least two, one at the USA and one at China, and if both of those spheres make heavy use of English (as it looks like it's going to happen) then their languages will diverge. After all, why should a chink who makes business with a bunch of jeets and indogs care if the English they utilise to conduct said business is 'correct' in America or the UK? They're going to heavily incorporate from mandarin and other languages and they'll formalise those changes to have legal grounds to stand on for contracts and such. And why should America, Europe or the UK incorporate those changes? As you say, translators exist so if we can't force our 'correct' way to speak English onto them and we won't bother to adopt there's then it'll naturally diverge.
