To get around this lack of jurisdiction the Judges claimed that Trumps Executive Orders were "unconstitutional" which gave them "emergency powers" to place "NATIONAL INJUNCTIONS" and halt the implementation of those Executive Orders.
The NATIONAL INJUNCTIONS are only possible if the EO is unconstitutional thus if SCOTUS rules the NATIONAL INJUNCTIONS to be unconstitutional that by very definition makes the Executive Order(s) constitutional.
And that's a precedent that they can't take back.
