These countries all suffer from the same root problems more or less. Culture and ethnicity matters, attempting to apply a US-specific blanket term like "white" to this doesn't really describe anything accurately. Material and historical conditions also matter.

Really... I've thought that this 75% European statistic is underestimated. I mean, I imagine that 40% of Argentines are 75 to 100% European, but 60% of Argentines are spics with a Mexican-like appearance and less than 50% European genes. I see a lot of Mexican brown phenotypes in Argentina.
