A lot is happening behind the scenes — within our army, the government, and among our European allies.

The Siloviki include the FSB, the National Guard, the Police, other security services, and the military.

Putin needs money for three things to stay in power:
1.To maintain control over the Siloviki
2.To uphold public order within the country
3.To continue the war and acquire more weapons, ammunition, and soldiers

If even one of these three pillars collapses, it triggers a domino effect — and the end result is catastrophic for him personally.
