The tuna comes from nature. The salmon is from a shitty polluted farm fed antibiotics and salmon goy chow so they have to dye it orange. I'm picking the tuna every time. Why is wild salmon never used for sushi? I can buy it smoked in the grocery store on the opposite coast.

Also, cooked real (high seas) salmon is pretty much like tuna in both color and texture/consistency, which shouldn't be a surprise, since they share the same habitat and feeding habits.

Salmon. Its plentiful in the PNW and Alaska and I prefer the taste of it compared to other fish.

And its fresh. You dont need to import it from other states or the east coast like people in the central US have to. Thats one of the reasons why the pacific northwest is one of the best regions to live in. Food is amazing here.

If farmed salmon beats tuna, wild salmon definitely beats tuna. I've had wild salmon before though its been a long time.
