I'm in a pretty rural part of PA so this is something I've only ever seen in TV/movies/docs. I did a little research afterwards and saw they have a large presence down in Baltimore and over in Philly. So I'm guessing they were just passing through my area. Biker gangs are way different in other countries like Australia or Canada.
